CEO – Thomas Limberger
Thomas P. Limberger is a highly accomplished leader with a wealth of expertise in global industrial & financial management and restructuring. He has a remarkable track record of driving financial improvements and creating shareholder value in multinational organizations with revenues ranging from €500 million to €7 billion.
With over US$ 40 billion in deals, Thomas is known for his decisive leadership and management style. He founded SilverArrow Capital, a private equity group operating in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. In addition, he has held pivotal executive roles, including Chairman and CEO of Von Roll Holding AG, CEO and Vice Chairman of OC Oerlikon AG, and CEO of Central Europe at General Electric International.
Thomas holds a BSBA and an MBA and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, which further enhances his strategic insight and leadership capabilities.
CFO – Robert Schimanko
Robert Schimanko has been a valued member of our Advisory Board since 2013. With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in transaction-oriented finance, asset management, and investment banking.
Throughout his career, Robert has held key positions in renowned financial institutions, including CEO & Chairman of Prime Capital Management in Switzerland and Managing Partner at Euroinvest Bank AG in Austria. His extensive experience in international banking, coupled with his deep understanding of complex financial structures and products, makes him a valuable asset to our team.
Robert’s leadership roles as Authorized Signatory Partner at M&A Privat Bank AG and Head of International Bonds, Equity Sales, and Investment Banking at Bank Austria Creditanstalt further demonstrate his strategic acumen and commitment to excellence in the financial sector.

CMO – Marco Rolof
Marco Rolof is a globally engaged media entrepreneur and lobbyist with a rich history of accomplishments in the industry. Following his training at a prominent US investment bank, he honed his skills as a junior and senior marketing manager at a leading US pharmaceutical company.
In the late 1990s, Marco assumed leadership of the digital agency ITNT, transforming it into the renowned ITNT Media Group. Under his guidance, the ITNT Media Group emerged as a trailblazer in big data and micro-marketing, setting new standards in the media landscape.

At just 26 years old, Mathis Schülingkamp hails from Münster and has been making waves in the tech and AI industry since the age of 18 as a freelance developer. Today, he serves as the CTO of GetGenius where he leads the charge on IT and digital initiatives, showcasing his prowess in driving innovation and technological advancements.
